Labor Day Tournament Update (4/17/2024)
Following are the details that I have received on the upcoming 2024 Labor Day Chinese/Japanese Invitational Tournament.  The tournament will be held from 8/16/24 – 8/18/2024 at the Grand Sierra Bowling Center in Reno, Nevada. The cost per person per squad will be $30.

Friday, August 16, 2024
4:00 PM – No Tap Doubles

Saturday, August 17, 2024
9:30 AM – Regular Doubles
12:00PM – Regular Team
4:00 PM – Regular Doubles

Sunday, August 18, 2024
9:30 AM – Regular Doubles
12:00PM – Regular Team

For this tournament and future AABA tournaments, the tournament director and I have already agreed to a reasonable number of doubles and team spots per squad that my Chinese Bowling Club group can reserve in advance. These spots can now be claimed on a first come first served basis starting on 4/17/2024 and ending on 5/1/2024 or when all the available spots have been claimed.

Please follow the instructions below if you would like to claim your reserved spots with the Chinese Bowling Club group.

1. Send an email to Check Wong at cwong49@comcast.net.
2. Include in the email the bowlers’ names and lineups for each of the squads that you would like to claim.
3. Make a payment for the requested entries. The only payment option is a check made payable to AABA.

Spots will not be considered claimed until payments have been received.

Once the tournament has finalized the entry form and make it available to everyone around mid-May, I will submit all of the Chinese Bowling Club’s claimed entries along with the verified averages and payments to the tournament.
